I took my car in for service to check my brakes which were making a noise and the water pump which had issues for some people. It all checked out and they cleaned my brakes so that there wasn’t any noise. All covered under warranty. Quick service and had my car back soon sparkling clean. It's sometimes a difficult process when buying a new car, but I will tell you, the experience I had at Audio of Las Vegas was EXCEPTIONAL. They also had a great inventory of new automobiles to choose from. From the minute I walked into the dealership and connected with Erik Spess (sales consultant extraordinaire) and Patrick the process from that point forward was seamless. Everyone was welcoming, totally knowledgeable of their product and most importantly, treated me like a VIP. I purchased a 2022 Q5 and absolutely love this car! I had a real good experience purchasing a 2018 Audi S5 sportback from Audi of Las Vegas. I was assisted by Will Han and his manager Patrick S. I had just negotiated the day before from Audi of Henderson and they would not take my best offer. I 'm familiar with the pricing and what most pay on average so I placed an offer so low that I thought they would not accept but they did! I could not have asked for a better no hassle auto buying experience. I can't pinpoint exactly as to why they accepted my offer but here's a few. I came in on a Tuesday between 8-9 1 hour before closing. It was at the end of August. I was told that they don't work for commission but rather by volume. I have years of dealer experience and not all had been positive, I thought I had a good experience with Infiniti but this takes the cake. I can't say but part of my negotiation was to write a positive review for them if they meet my price hence I'm writing this. I highly recommenced Audi of Las Vegas 3 Years of ownership I can say I've had the same level of experience. The man that shuttled me to my destination was very pleasant. Wido my representative was also very helpful. The only negative was the quality of rear brake installation. It squeals when the car is slowing down to stop. I called and was suggested to break it in by performing quick braking but it hasn't worked. I expected more from a dealership. Hence I'm taking off 2 stars from the service end.

I took my Q5 in for a couple of recalls and a few other concerns I had noticed with my car. Erik and the staff took care of everything as promised. I have an extended warranty and they made the calls to get the work approved and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I always feel pampered working with Audi LV. Outstanding customer service! I was met by my service consultant Erik Honn on time. He was very professional and explained exactly what they could do for my car in addition to oil and filter changes. I was very impressed with the overall communication and Erik's follow-up with the phone call and text message to my cell. It was exciting to hear and saw the video link that was on included in the text message from a mechanic who worked on my car. He gave the overall report of the work that was done, including overall vehicle condition and a few tips to plan for future work. Thank you to Erik and the mechanic for great customer service. Also, thank you for washing my Audi, that is very much appreciated. Had 60000 mile service and front brake job for my 2018 Audi Q7. All went well except started getting coolant alarm. Called service writer and he thought may be sensor, but I did take some coolant out due to being over max line when engine cold. Did not solve problem. After doing some research on my own I checked location of sensor and saw the electrical connection hanging loose. The mechanic either forget to reatttach or did not get it securely attached and it came loose causing the constant alarms for coolant.

I called numerous times and left my contact info, but was never called back. I was persistent because I was very interested in a listed S5 and kept calling. I was able to finally get a hold of salesperson. After several days of texts, calls and videos I expressed my interest in purchasing it and was told they would send me the forms to put a deposit down so I could fly out and see it. I never received the forms and when I followed up with them the next business day, they told me they had sold the car. Not the type of service I expect to receive from a dealer associated with Audi USA.

Car buying is generally never a thrill cause you're nothing but a number, but particularly in this market we felt that. When we told them we were bringing own financing it turned into a longdrawn back and fourth to get their finance dep. In gear and finalize paperwork. When we said no to Audicare, finance guy replied "interesting" and went on to complete paperwork with the most miserable face expression I've ever seen. We then got Audicare in the other end of town for $600 less. Won't be back.

I just recently bought a car and was very specific on what I wanted. After searching I found a few dealers that had what I wanted, but nothing close to me in Tucson. I called up a couple dealers with little help as far as working with me to fly in, and hold the car with deposit. I then called Audi Las Vegas and spoke with Jamie. He was extremely polite and and wanted to help me make my purchase. He confirmed I could put down a deposit and hold the car for almost a week until I could fly out. Later when I called back I worked with Dan to finish up sending in all paper work. He was also extremely helpful. Over the next week Dan stayed in touch with me to make sure we had everything set up for my arrival. Dan even recommended somewhere to grab breakfast on the strip and picked me up from the strip to take me to the dealership. Everyone was so nice, and treated me like I was there #1 customer. Thank you for making this experience exceptional. I had wanted an S5 Sportback for sometime, and you made the entire process easy and enjoyable. My purchase, in no way, equals those of many of the vehicles they offer. However, at no point did I ever feel less valuable then any other customers. Five stars for most but had a less than stellar service last time in. My wife actually took her car in this last time instead of me since I was mechanic in the service I know how to talk to the advisors. But this last time the advisor must have thought my wife was not car savvy which she is and tried to tell her her tires needed replacing. Well they did not. Not even close. I just get so frustrated when mechanics try to pull one over on people. We will try them again with a different advisor. Last time I took the car in the service manager helped me and he was the best. And the advisor he gave me to was also great. But this last one was just not. Please keep check on your advisors to make sure they are not recommending things that are not needed.

My son is getting ready to return to school for the summer, so I called Wido to see if the deal on 4 tires he had quoted me was still available. He was able to get me an even better deal with a buy 3 and get 1 for a dollar. With the economy the way it is, I fully expected to pay more than I was quoted in December. I want to go out of my way to highlight the incredible work that Erik Honn my Service Consultant has been providing me throughout the years. Brakes were fine, tire threads fine, alignment was fine and wipers were fine they topped off the liquids, I was like OMG! He is the real deal folks, he fixes your car and doesn't offer things he knows you don't need. He is someone I can trust when I have a concern for my vehicle, he promptly sets the appointment and offers shuttle services or even a loaner. My experience started off great and then just tanked. I purchased a vehicle out of state and had it shipped to me. The entire process after I bought it was abysmal. I was told by the sale person Jaime that the paperwork would arrive by a Friday, as I had a trip planned to cross a border that weekend I needed my plates and not a temporary permit. When I finally got the tracking number from the dealership for the paperwork it hadn't even left Vegas and did not arrive till Monday. The driver of company they hired to deliver the car was outright rude, I was given no warning of the day it would arrive (told sunday it arrived on a tuesday as I am at work) and he basically told me he was dropping off the car one way or another because he had other deliveries. My neighbour accepted my keys, I was not allowed to inspect or sign off on the vehicle myself. When I contacted the Jaime the sale person about my experience I was told the sales manager would call me back soon. I waited all day and didn't get a call back until I texted again at the end of day and by that time I was losing reception. Just terrible experience, love my car hence 2 stars instead of one, but the lack of care makes me hesitant to ever do this process again.

We recently had our 2015 Audi Q-7 serviced at Audi Las Vegas located at Sahara Avenue. We were assisted by our Service Representative, Mr. Walter (“Rob”) Hovey. We informed Rob about our front tire problem, and the “oil leak” warning on the dashboard. Immediately, Rob qualified us for a tire replacement under our insurance coverage, and he promised to look into the “oil leak” issue. He asked us to come back two (2) days after for the tire replacement. When we drove away our Audi that day, the “oil leak” had disappeared. As promised, on the day that the tire arrived at the Audi Dealership, Rob texted us and asked us to come by the dealership at any time at our convenience to have our tire replacement. We went to the Audi Dealership at around 10:00 AM, and we were attended to right away. Our tire was done in one hour and 20 minutes. After barely two signatures, Rob released our vehicle to us in much better shape than it was when we brought it in that day. Not only did we have a brand new front tire, but our Audi was also sparkling clean. Rob had it cleaned for us. Contrary to what other people may have experienced with car dealerships, ours was a GREAT EXPERIENCE worth mentioning to other car owners. My overall experience was really smooth and easy. Chris my sales rep was knowledgeable and easy to talk with and I didn’t feel that I was getting sold too hard on the car I wanted if that makes any sense. They all understood I needed the car ready to go in a day or two and that is what happened. Although the car had a weird loose wiring issue right from the lot it was taken in and repaired by the Audi Las Vegas team quickly and efficiently and on their dime. Thank you Rob. The dealership itself was very clean and has the best swag or merchandise selection I have seen in a dealership. It only gets a 4 out of 5 because of the issue right from the lot and the wiper blades needed to be checked and replaced. I will be returning for my next Audi purchase.

Worked a deal on a SQ5 lease for my wife where they offered to take off the price of tinting. I put down a deposit on a new S4 while there since I need a new car, too. Since we were now getting 2 vehicles the salesperson came back and said we can also take off an amount from the MSRP. We were happy and signed the deal. After closer inspection the price did NOT include the tinting after saying it was included. After discussing the oversight with the finance manager, we were satisfied and they honored the original deal. Mistakes happen, we will review the docs closer next time, but we are happy with Audi LV and love the car.

From making appointments to finishing repair work, their service was nothing but very satisfying. Everyone I spoke was very courteous and friendly. My service personnel was Erik and he was very helpful. I brought in my car for recall repair. Since I had problems of tires making squeaking sounds for a while, I mentioned about it to him. He told me that they would check it for me. When I got my car back, they took care of problem completely. My tires stoped making squeaking noise. Also, car was washed very clean. I was utterly satisfied. I am appreciate for their good works.

We visited Las Vegas for a 2 day getaway. In the back of our minds we were planning a car for our daughter for graduation. We were driving our Audi E-Tron from California, and decided to drop in after lunch to see if they had any inventory. Chis greeted us and inquired what we were looking for. He immediately went to their inventory, and found several vehicles. We chose the Hyundai Elantra from the selection. It was in great condition. The dealership was part of Auto Nation so ther was a no haggle in pricing. We were in and out in 2-3 hours. We purchased with cash, so the at may have simplified some of the paperwork a bit. I had an appointment for an oil change last April 23 and the service was totally outstanding. Checking in the car went smoothly and I also got an Audi Q5 for a loaner. I brought in the car at 8AM and everything was done by 10:30AM. I was informed right away through text by Erik. I also received a copy of the inspection video. When I picked up my car later in the day, it was washed and vacuumed. I have 2 other cars of another German brand but it can't compare to the services of Audi Autonation. Kudos to the Service Department!

Found this place by accident. After striking out everywhere trying to find the truck I wanted, I sat down and Google searched hard. Audi of Las Vegas not only had the truck, but the staff was super helpful, super friendly, and inviting. My sales representative Aljay was very cool guy, very professional and always smiling. From the first time I walked in the door to purchase my vehicle 2 years ago Alex my sales associate was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted and needed. Since then Wido my service associate has been there anytime I have any questions or need anything. The team is all about going above and beyond and providing top notch customer service. I even had come in with a flat tire one day right after the mechanics had left. They had said they could put on my spare for me and I could come back in the morning which was more than fair. Michael the service manager overheard this and told them no that's OK we have the tire in stock I will put it on for her since she is here. I was literally blown away!! I have owned all the other luxury vehicles over the years and I couldn't tell you if I've ever seen the service manager even come out of their office let alone put on a tire for a customer!! If you are looking for not only an exceptional vehicle but somewhere with the service to match then this is the only place you should be looking to buy your car. I promise you you will not be sorry!!

Update regarding my original review. Audi LV GM reached out. His response in a nutshell… 1) coincidence is not causation. Just because Audi LV worked on multiple electric components during the recall does not mean that they caused my auto light module to malfunction, bricking my battery within a week of the recall work. 2) Audi LV’s failure to diagnose the root cause of the malfunction during their 2 hours of follow-up “free” assessment was not incompetence but was because these cars are “complex.” 3) if I wanted to invest an unlimited amount of time/money he was confident Audi LV would be able to eventually diagnose and fix, but perhaps I should just forgive using the functionality. Bottom line: I recommend avoiding Audi LV like the plague. =============== In summary, Audi LV has no idea why the system failed to work consistently following their recall work on multiple electronic systems but , somehow, despite this ignorance they know they didn’t cause it and they’d be glad to charge me more to try and identify the true issue. Absolutely horrible experience. Two months ago took my Audi in for 3 recalls. During the recall work, Audi Las Vegas conducted a multi-point inspection which confirmed, among other things, that my battery was in good shape. However, within a week of the recall my car wouldn’t start, flashing through a host of warning messages on screen. I called Audi Las Vegas and let them know that the recall work had apparently caused an issue. They advised they would have the car towed in at no charge to me and would work to resolve. Audi Las Vegas advised that my battery was totally bricked and suggested I but a top of the line battery and further advised they saw no issues caused by the recall, so I should pay for the battery/installation and the tow. I strenuously objected and they agreed to pay half the tow charge, but left me with the full battery/installation bill. A day or two after the battery had been installed I went back into my garage 90 minutes after parking the car only to find that the automatic lights had not turned off. This had never occurred prior to the recall work, but continued to occur periodically in the days that followed. I called Audi Las Vegas and arranged for them to re-assess the issue at no charge to me. When I brought the car in and parked at the drop off bay the automatic lights once again remained on. I showed the service advisor the automatic lights (including headlights) were still on and he acknowledged. Despite this, the technicians denied finding any issue during the assessment and instead disabled the automatic lights 30 second shutdown thru the MMI. So, In summary… 1) Audi Las Vegas damaged the automatic light shutdown functionality durning the recall work. 2) this caused the lights to stay on overnight bricking the battery 3) I had to pay for half the tow cost and for a new battery I would not have otherwise needed. 4) Audi Las Vegas denied there being an issue despite the advisor witnessing it first hand when I checked the car in (auto lights had stayed on for 10 minutes after parking car/turning off the ignition. The advisor is name is Wido Van Muyden — he both promised to pay for the tow (but then made me par half) and made me pay for the battery despite witnessing the the issue first hand at the follow up service appointment. Worst experience I have ever had when having an auto serviced. Just a rip-off.

Please keep communications in the email thread I started with your sales manager and GM prior to writing this review. ********** I purchased my third Audi from Audi Las Vegas in January 2022 -- a 2022 SQ8 ($120k+ vehicle). My others are an RS3 and 2020 R8 performance. The salesman that worked with me, Chester, was friendly and had no problem getting me in a car to test drive. My issue is with the dealership. They charge an added markup on basically every new vehicle and will not budge one cent on any "deal." Why this is happening isn't really relevant to me; Audi says MSRP is one number, the dealer says it's another number -- they need to adjust that actual price or else it feels like we're getting ripped off (we are). The SQ8 I purchased has had several issues and we're about two months into ownership. The A-pillar trim is coming off so they had to order it from Germany (no ETA). The rocker door trim (exterior driver's side door near the bottom) was broken when I purchased the car, but it was agreed upon in writing to have this fixed. They ordered the part, but it wasn't the right color. Now I'm stuck with several broken pieces of trim on a $125k car and not even a hint of when this might be resolved. When expressing my issues to the dealership with my only desire to have them resolved, I've even had employees refer me to Audi Henderson for various reasons (cheaper being one of them). I will not be returning to this dealership unless I have no other choice.

I used the money I received from the 2019 towards the 2022. Audi made the process very easy and even tinted the windows, which I was thankful for. However, after I signed all the paperwork for the 2022, I then learned that the vehicle was missing a lot of features that the 2019 had such as, Sirius radio, the side mirrors notifying you when a car is next you, and the doors do not lock and unlock by touching the door handle. I was highly upset. To anyone buying a new vehicle, I would ask what features are no longer available in the car. Audi "claims" that they are making the cars with less and less features now. However, I believe since the pandemic, they are not able to get a lot of the parts and are failing to tell their customers about it in order to still get the sale anyways. Why would a 2019 vehicle after more features then a 2022?

Although I was 3 time zones away, the staff at Audi Las Vegas made it seem like I was right there in their dealership buying my car. Eveline my salesperson was amazing and very detailed oriented. I have not been happy with this dealership. I would not recommend and will not be using them for any services after my Audi is replaced with another vehicle. I was sold a maintenance package to pre-pay maintenance that was nearly $5,000. In over 3 years I have received three oil changes and every time I go in for service they attempt to sell me a number of routine services that they state are not included in the pre-paid maintenance. Anything I inquire about that is included in the maintenance package they state I don't need (but I always need a tire rotation and alignment which aren't included) - How can these services not be included in a package that was supposed to cover the car bumper to bumper? For anyone that has owned a BMW this package (which costs nearly $5k) does not even come close to what BMW includes at no charge. The dealership is also not managed efficiently... on most visits I have been talked out of having them wash the vehicle stating it would just take to long as they are too busy.

I had my 2011 Audi Q5 towed over to the Audi dealership because it didn’t sound good when I started it up in the morning. The next day I received a phone call saying that my car timing belt needed to be replaced and it would cost $2200 but that may not fix the problem, if other parts we’re damaged it would cost another $6300. I like the fact that they gave me a worse case scenario, although I had a feeling they would call back with I needed the additional work done, just my luck. I ended up fixing the timing chain, gasket, new battery , front & back breaks for a whopping $11,000, I just bought this car 3months ago and hardly drive it, but it does have 100,000 miles on it, so at least now I know what has been replaced. I spent $6,000 in parts & $4,000 in labor. Definitely was not ready for this big expense, but all in all they were friendly and communicative. My car was done in 5 days, also no loaner car because of so many people having checked them out I suppose.

We had a recall on our Audi Q5 and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The service tech who checked me in asked what the service was for - and I told him. I then asked him to sync my new phone with Audi Bluetooth, which he did quickly. He invited me to sit in the waiting area, help myself to the refreshments and notified Rob (Walter) that I was there. Rob greeted me within a few minutes, explained what Audi would do, and showed me how to operate the coffee maker. He took my phone number and asked if I preferred a text or call. A friend picked me up because the wait was 4 - 4 1/2 hrs and we went on our way. Four hrs later, Rob called and texted me that the recall work was done. When I got there, Rob told me that the car was being washed and would be ready in a few minutes. Ten minute later, I got into my clean (inside and out) car and drove home. Excellent service, excellent communication, and a job well done!

I just want to say that I did get the car I wanted at the price that I wanted. JoAnn was great to work with. The finance manager Travis may have had a bad day, but he was really unpleasant and the last person we worked with before acquiring our Audi. He didn't help sell the dealership. He alone was enough reason that I would not want to go back. Hopefully moving forward they can create a better finance experience for other customers. We had an extended warranty agreed to over the phone and then when we got there he made a big deal about how he probably couldn't honor that price.

I’ve purchased my last two vehicles from Audi Las Vegas for a reason. They’re very professional and courteous. No high pressure sales. They really do make the best deals for you. Both cars I’ve gotten were both considered “great” deals according to every app. Only complaint is the “green slip” or getting the EDRS number to register the vehicles. It’s been 30 days and still haven’t heard anything. And the first time I had to call over and over again to get the paperwork. I know we are in a pandemic and there are speed bumps, but this means I’m gonna pay a late fee

Scheduled initial appointment as recommended in Audi recall notice; however, upon arrival at scheduled time Audi rep advised me that he would have to reschedule the service as shuttle is no longer available and no loaner vehicle was available until four days later (car needed to remain overnight for service). Appointment scheduler should have provided that info when I made the appointment to avoid wasting my time (and gas). When I returned four days later, the service (including a loaner vehicle) was fine as expected based on previous Audi service.

Nice clean place, good service but expensive of course being a dealership. My complaint is they sent me an automated text making it sound like I had an appointment scheduled, with date and time. I juggled my schedule to make it work, then called day before to see if a loaner was available and it turns out I didn't have an appointment. Apparently you have to call when you receive these automated appointments to confirm but the text said nothing about that part. So thanks for wasting my time and making me juggle my schedule for nothing tomorrow Audi Las Vegas. Fix your automated system please.

At the dealership, experience was good. but after leaving , having all of the tires checked and one tire replaced the tire trouble light flashed twice on my dashboard. Something is wrong but I was told after calling the Dealership to just reset the Tire pressure settings. I do not believe tis should happen.

We travelled from Vancouver, WA to Las Vegas NV for a conference and woke up Sat morning and our Audi Q7 would not start. We finally got the battery charged from a neighbor and drove to the Las Vegas Audi dealership. We had called earlier and they agreed to work us in to their very crowded schedule to check out our battery. They were able to work us in and determined that our battery was failing and would not hold a charge. They were able to replace the battery and get us back on the road. Five stars for service advisors; always nice. Issues: Online scheduling never seems to work. Tried multiple browsers, etc. Pretty sure it's on Audi/Autonation's end. I understand it's hard to schedule car work due to wide range of issues, but simple things seem to take forever... i.e. car sits around most the time waiting in line for a 15 min job. I'd be nice, when waiting at the dealership to have some sort of priority or connection to scheduled service time and the time it gets in front of a mechanic. High bar - but you're Audi. Also, 5 stars for your employees report card... an honest review would be three stars if I factored in the level the brand is marketed at.

20 out of 10, this dealership went above and beyond to make me happy when I bought and sold two SUV's a few weeks ago. My sales rep worked on her day off and connected me with two other reps at the dealer, one went and got my car and completed the sale the other went above and beyond cleaning and filling my tank up. Finance guy offered me a better rate than my credit union and they even had me leave and come back to not waste my time waiting as they knew there was a wait. Beyond respectful to customers and their time. I am so happy also as they bought my lease back no hassle, and for nearly the resale price I saw the next day when I stopped in. AMAZING. The representative, Eric Honn, was awesome and customer service. Very polite, informative, timely prompt, and he even told me about some additional benefits I could receive from a dealership. Without his information, I would have never known. He text me, as requested, as soon as my SUV was ready for pick up, and followed up with a call/ voicemail, when I didn?t respond for a few minutes. Thank Eric! You made my first experience with this dealership a very pleasant one. Plus, my car was very nicely cleaned upon arrival for pick up.

I’ve always wanted an Audi. I’m finally in a place in my life to get it. As soon as I got out of my car, Aljay was very welcoming and helpful. He was so fun and knowledgeable about the A5 that I purchased. The staff was so confident in the Audi brand that I didn’t even test drive it. Justin in finance actually made signing paperwork fun. Too bad he’s a Jets fan!! 😁 My new 2022 A5 has a scratch but they were all over it and I have an appt for repair. I will definitely go back and recommend Audi Las Vegas to friends. This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. The only reason I went with them was on a recommendation from a friend. Do not come here to get a car. First they couldn’t figure out my loan so the rate was raised after they ran it, spelled my name wrong on all the paper work causing a delay, someone stole the floor out of my car at some point and after all of that not even so much as an apology let alone some attempt to make it right. If you have a choice go someplace else.

The hidden costs associated with repairs. The missed diagnosis on my car when I brought it in for repairs a month ago. I feel like I’m walking into the lion’s den when I bring it in for Service. I don’t trust that I’m getting the quality Service you say is important. It’s more about getting as much money from customers than providing honest, quality service. After being alerted my tire had lost pressure as I was pulling into work I got out to notice I did indeed have the start of a flat tire. I called the service department and the CSA had told me since I had the tire and wheel package I could come by before 7 and they would replace the tire (this is not exactly true but this is where you learn how amazing the staff is and care about their clients) when I arrived just after 6 all the technicians had already left. the service consultant Wido had told me they could put on my spare and I could come back and they would replace the tire...fair enough I completely understand. that's when Michael the service manager stepped in and said he would personally replace the tire for me so I didn't have to come back!! I was floored. in less than an hour they had verified my tire and wheel package, pulled the tire, replaced it and I was omw home. this was the best customer service experience of my life. I hope the manager or owner of the dealership will see this and they are given the recognition they so rightfully deserve. I have bought many cars in this town and I can tell you not one of the other guys has had the customer service that your team does. you have a customer for life and I do hope these 2 fine gentlemen receive an outstanding service award and are recognized daily for their hard work and commitment bc as a business owner I know heart and dedicated like this is extremely hard to find. I am a new Audi owner. The staff at Audi on W Sahara was outstanding. They are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. My service rep Kevin was a pleasure to work with. While my car was being evaluated, they offered me a loaner so I would not have to suffer any inconvenience , nor depend on rides. When they finished working on my car they even washed it. From the moment that I drove into the dealership to have my Audi TT serviced this week, I was promptly greeted in the service bay and Ariane was waiting for me at her desk with all the paper work. I had messed up the alignment on my car and was aware that I would have to spend a few hours there. Although I never requested a loaner car, Ariane insisted that I take one so that I could get on with my daily activities even though the dealership is so pleasant that I could have spent hours there watching the Olympics in its comfortable lounge! In addition to performing all the necessary repairs to perfection, they did a multi-point inspection, topped off all the fluids, and washed my car. My TT looks brand new and performs as well as it did on the first day that I drove it off the lot! I cannot praise this dealership enough for making its customers their first priority! I have been looking for a new car for the past year, I don't normally enjoy this process and I like to get in and get out. My favorite car I have owned in the past is an Audi Q5, so I suppose why change something that was never broken... I spoke to Aljay over the phone prior to going to Audi in person. He had the car ready with the AC on to take it for a test drive. Worked with me on getting the best deal for my trade-in and by the next day I was driving away in my brand new 2021 Q5, it has been a week and I couldn't be any happier with the car. The finance team and Aljay never gave that "slimy car salesman" vibe and everything was straight forward and honest. Thank you guys for making this the best car buying experience I've had thus far! Give me a few years and I'll be back to upgrade to the Q7

My wife and I just dropped by Audi Las Vegas on W. Sahara Ave. on a whim after dropping off our cousins nearby. We had no plans of buying a car but just to check out an Audi Q7 2021. Mr. Daniel Saez was manning the Customer Service desk at that time and he was so professional, friendly, patient and highly knowledgeable as he answered all our queries. We ended up trading in our old car and drove away with a Q8 in less than hour. We didn't even test drive the car as we got the Manager's Q8 knowing that he was driving one of the best in the lot. Mr. Travis Shaw, the Financial Services Manager professionally handled the paperwork and even gave us an Audi backpack for free. So Audi buyers, don't forget to ask for one next time you get a new car from them. Don't tell them you read it from me though. LOL. I highly recommend Audi Las Vegas for a hassly-free, straightforward business. They actually deserve more than 5 Stars.

From an internet query answered in 15 minutes, phone and email (all others were 1+ plus or never), to booking a same day test drive. My wife and I have bought 3 Audi's from Audi Las Vegas. On May 25th I took my car in for service. When I went to pick up my car, the service advisor Wido told me that they could not find the keys to my car and to take the loaner until the next day. After not hearing from anyone, I called to find out if the keys were found. I was told that they did and someone would drive the car over. Wasn't the best ordeal but I wasn't going to make a big deal. So the next day, I got in my car and immediately realized that I left my Prada glasses in the loaner vehicle. I looked all over my car to be sure and I remembered I had left it in the middle console of the loaner. I called Wido right away and asked him to please go look in the car. I patiently waited 5 hours, no one called. After several tries, I got a hold of Wido. He told me he hadn't checked because he was busy and would call me back. Honestly, I was disappointed with the lack of urgency. I mean, how long does it take to go look or ask the driver or the person who is in charge of the vehicle returns. Yet again, I waited. At around 6pm, Wido called and said it wasn't in the car. I told him that I was not happy and my glasses were in the car and they disappeared from the time the driver came to the house to the time the car was returned or loaned back out. I told him, I was also disappointed that Audi did not go through the car before loaning it back out. He said he would check with the manager of that dept and get back to me in the morning. Well, you guessed it, no call. At noon, I decided to get the general manager Darren involved. Wish I didn't I explained the situation to him in detail. He said he would call back and to my surprise he actually did. He said they could not find the glasses. Again, I told him that I was disappointed that no one had gone through the car after I returned it. I asked him if there was any protocol in these situations. Without hesitation, he said "if I can be blunt, if we can't find it you're pretty much out of luck" He was getting ready to ask me what resolution I was looking for as I was telling him I know it's in the loaner cause I checked my car twice. He said, I thought you said you were 100% sure it was in the loaner, now you're telling me you checked your car. I got upset and asked if he was insinuating that I made this story up. He then said, let's be honest here why would you check your car if you were sure. So now I was yelling at him and told him he was out of line. I told him that when people lose things it's normal for people to check even if they are sure. Seeing I was pissed off, he says, well I was going to ask how we can resolve this. Like, why wouldn't you ask this from the beginning and insinuate that a customer who bought 3 Audi's may have made this story up. Just then, he says oh someone just walked in with some Pradas into my office. I wish I could have been in that office to see the egg on Darren's face. I'm sure he realized what a fool he looked like, so to save the embarrassment of me coming to pick them up, he said someone would drive the glasses over to my house. And this is where it gets interesting When the same driver showed up to deliver the glasses, I asked him... Did you find the glasses in the loaner when you came to pick the car up? His response, yes but I didn't know who it belonged to so I put it some cabinet or storage area. My question to any human being with common sense......if you picked up a car and found glasses in it. 1- wouldn't you think it may belong to that person/customer??? 2-- even if you're not sure why wouldn't you let Wido know when you got back so when a customer calls he is aware of the situation and he can ask them to describe the lost item. In closing, I did not appreciate the Keystone cops way this dealership operates. More importantly, I didn't appreciate the general manager making me out to be a liar. I hope the owner of this dealership fixes all these issues. Audi and it's customers deserve better!!

I was looking for Mazda CX-9 with specific color and features, there were 31 matches in the city. I looked all of them, some online and some in person, but only the CX-9 from Audi W Sahara was the best offer for me. (best price, low miles, right color: interior and exterior) When I got to the car dealer I was greeted by Dan and he showed me the car and I tested drove it. This is by far my best car buying experience, no pressure, very friendly staff, I felt very comfortable. Dan answered all my questions and concerns and Justin from finance help me with my payments options. I have to say this is the first time I drove out a car dealer worry free. My Audi A8 woke up on a Thursday morning not feeling good. In fact, virtually every warning light went off in succession. I turned around on the freeway, drove it into Las Vegas Audi and my car was fully recovered the next day by noon! Several items were wrong, but my car was moved right into place. The worst experience Ive had at a Dealership Im really concerned about taking my car back because I have an appointment to drop off my car on Monday ... Brought it in for an Oil Change and a Loud Noise is making when I accelerate like a grinding Noise very noticeable they gave me back the car and the Service Advisor notes that the Tech did not hear anything but my car overall was fine I really think they didnt even check for the noise because is very loud and is still doing it I drove off the lot and cane tight back in and told the Advisor that the noise is there but he looked lost and just said bring it back on Monday so my question is if its something already messed up on the will you guys cover if anything else breaks On it because your Service Advisor said is fine? If they couldnt notice the big noise could they even get the other things right ?

Sales associates were very friendly and welcoming to me, my fiancé, and my dog there were no issues with the process of finding the car we wanted. The issue came when involving the sales manager. He lied about the residual, and MF on a lease (both of which set by Audi) raising the MF I understand because it’s an area to increase profits if the margin on the car is thin. However, blatantly lying about the residual is terrible business practice and frankly should not be tolerated by Audi or any manufacturer for that matter. It besmirches the name of the dealership, AutoNation, and Audi. Unless you are a very savvy consumer, or have money to throw away I would not recommend doing business here. Also they took my trade in and have yet to pay the lease off, so I have been dealing with both my original lease company and the dealership trying to resolve this.

The new tire was going to take a day to get back, so he got me a loaner so I can carry on with the family while there, until our car was ready. We have used Audi Las Vegas for our last three Audi's. Each experience has been exceptional. On our latest visit, we purchased a Q5 Hybrid. We began with the Sales Manager Marc Carpenter, who was just as helpful as he has been on our previous purchases. Really, just saying he was "helpful" is really an understatement. "Engaged", "Professional", "Honest" are descriptors which are more spot on. Marc introduced us to our salesperson Erik Spess. Eric was extremely knowledgeable about the new Q5 Hybrid and was able to answer every question we asked as well as explain some of the more complicated features the Q5 offers. The paperwork and details went quickly and before ya knew it, we were in the finance office with Kris. Not 20 mins later we were driving home in our new car. Than you Audi of Las Vegas for a seamless experience.

I've never had such a good experience from a dealership before. Edit: 01/31/2022 I had windshield crack to big to fix, so took it to Audi Las Vegas. I am never disappointed in the service at Audi Las Vegas. Whenever there is a problem, the service advisors do whatever they can to make things better. We leased a 2018 Q5 from Audi Las Vegas 3 years ago and the lease was going to end in April. Requested a loaner when making appointment on line. Got there and they said I didn?t request one. Audi asked me if I wanted a ride somewhere, I said yes and then they said they couldn?t give me one due to COVID. Audi assured me that my car service (oil change) was going to be done in an hour and half and it was not. Audi assured me again that they just talked to the service manager and my car was going in next, after already waiting an hour and a half, and it would be done in a couple of hours, it was 1 pm... my car service (oil change) was finally done at 6:30 pm. It took them 8 hours to do an oil change.

During an argument on the phone with my "customer rep" that I've been assigned to at Audi Las Vegas for the past year or so, she decidedly said that she was done talking to me and hung up. Did not finish the conversation we were having but just said "this conversation is over" and hung up on me. I was shocked. My experience with this rep was average at best during my past encounters with her, but this occurrence was beyond me. During our call, we both had a difference of opinion if what we were discussing, but a disagreement is no reason to hang up on anyone, especially a customer. A customer service rep should be properly trained and a company for which they work for should have protocols in place for when an argument or disagreement takes place with a customer - steps to take systematically when such feedback is received. I feel Audi Las Vegas does not have this sort of training or systematic customer approach set within their culture - or at least I did not experience it the day of this call. After the phone call abruptly ended, I requested to be assigned to a new customer rep which was politely and professionally granted. Owner of 3 Audis throughout my lifetime; a TT, an A5, and an A6 - the A6 being my current and my most likely my last Audi.

My service advisor was able to get my vehicle in for first 10,000 mile service right at the time scheduled. Called in to get my Audi serviced for a airbag recall, along with other services on 08/21/2020. I was told the airbag had to be ordered so I was told i was going to get a call back as soon as the part came in. I never recieved a call back so I called (08/27/2020) and made it urgent that I needed to get my car in for service and upon arrival I would need a courtesy vehicle so I could do what I needed to get done without being inconvenienced by not having a vehicle. I was able to get an appointment for the following day 08/28/2020 and was told there would be no problem in having a courtesy vehicle. Friday morning I arrive at the service department of Audi Las Vegas, Sahara location. Everything was going according to plan until I was asked if i had someone to come pick me up since the service I requested would take a while. I was then lead over to Eric Honn, who explained to me the reasoning why I couldn't have a coiutesy vehicle. I was told typically they do not issue courtesy vehicles for cars older than 5 years, and also that there want one available for me anyway. I mentioned my request for one over the phone and was told that wrong information has been given out to costumers on a regular basis. Being in sales, if someone is driving an older car of the brand of the dealership, its always a great idea to issue coirtesy vehicles so that costumer might be incentivised to possibly buy a new car. Being thay i was frustrated with the situation I expressed I would be taking my car else where, and I was met with no retention effort. I left then returned and decided to at least get the airbag recall done. I will be getting all my services done else where. I did not feel like my business mattered, and felt if I wasn't on top of the service department, my car and me as the costumer would've been forgotten about. I hope that this review gets to the service department of Audi Las Vegas (Sahara) in hopes that this can be something to learn from and provide world class costumer service, just like that product that VW/Audi has to offer. Been driving VW/Audi for 13 years now, and don't want the service department to detour anyone from buying/owning a VW/Audi. Thank you, Andy

I've been treated very rudely the past two visits at the service department, the last time I had my brakes done on my 2015 Audi A6. Now this visit was with Carl and we've been getting the run around about a leak in our car for 2 days now. He's done a horrible job of getting back to us and hasn't sent us any information. We've had to follow up multiple times and he still hasn't been able to give us a call back. No one else seems to want to help or care to help. All we want to do is pick up our car at this point.. Update After just walking in and getting the car, Carl proceeded to lie to my face and tell me wife tried to pick up the car yesterday but didn’t have her card. I’ve been with my wife for the last 48 hours every second of the day and we were not there. I sure hope you didn’t almost give our car to someone else and I really hope you can find more competent people, I’m sure there’s plenty of great people out there looking for a job.

Service Consultant "OJ" Jennings is terrific. I have no issues with "OJ." I said "No" to quote question as no quote was offered. My answer "No" regarding the price concerns the $610 charge for labor which is outrageous. I had checked with my Audi dealer in Tacoma, WA on the potential cost for the service I suspected. He was remarkably right on with the parts. He also was consistent with a diagnosis cost (paid to Pep Boys) before choosing to have Audi do the work. Even if a diagnosis charge was included in the $600 labor cost, the total was considerably more than what the Tacoma dealer estimated. And costs for virtually everything are higher in the Seattle area than Nevada. Did I pay for the actual time a technician worked on my car or for the nearly six hours I was there including the time a part had to be delivered from Henderson? In any event, I find Audi Las Vegas to be a very customer friendly place and pleasant place to spend time. I'm very disenchanted and disappointed in your fees for service.

Salesman (Anacieto Lumapas) was overly aggressive and pushy, mis informed me about the vehicle being Audi certified on several occasions . Salesman lacked knowledge of the vehicle warranty when being transferred from a sister location. Found out the day right before signing. He did not come forward with this information I had to ask. The vehicle was not thoroughly detailed. When I got inside there was food debris and a dental floss stick that had been used tucked in the side of the drivers seat. The vehicle then had to be taken to be cleaned. The salesman kept trying to put me into vehicles outside of what I wanted and outside of my budget. I spent more time at the dealership than I did with my own actual credit union. There was a delay of 1 week for my vehicle to be shipped. I had a death in the family and had to rent a car on 2 separate occasions. I was promised I would be reimbursed by them since my vehicle had not arrived and have not been reimbursed as of yet. It?s been 1 week now. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE OR BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP EVER...

They do not seem to care about long term customers. This is my second Audi and I planned on staying in the Audi family. Unfortunately they accuse the customer instead of standing behind the build quality of their automobiles. My A6 is less than 1 year old and has less than 10k miles. The moulding around back window was coming loose at the seam, instead of fixing, they accuse me of causing it. Buyer beware and be sure to thoroughly inspect your new car as they will not stand behind the product. Below is the picture of what I supposedly caused on my new Audi. I will be taking it to a reputable local body shop to fix. Edit to add - my rating was 5+ stars until they questioned my integrity.

I waited for my car to be repaired and was told when i made the appointment that it would take about an hour. They were busy that day but I thought because I had an appointment that it would be ok. It ended up taking just shy of 3 hours for an oil change!! The service reps were very nice and kept apologizing for the delay. They came by every hour to give me an update. They apologized and gave me my wipers for free and said when my car was ready I could just go and they would email my receipt. I haven't gotten the receipt yet. It's been a week. Maybe they have the wrong email. Lesson learned is I will just get a loaner car next time instead of waiting.

I dropped off my 2017 Audi A3 for a recall service and to replace one of my my wiper blades that came off during a recent carwash (my fault). I waited for the service to be done- they prioritized the work and it was completed in a timely manner. The facilities are comfortable and they have plenty of coffee and snacks. My car was washed and ready to go as promised. They did not charge me for the wiper blade either.

We were never contacted when our cars service went from 1 week to 4 weeks despite me leaving messages, however when my husband finally called his call was returned immediately and our car was finally given back to us after 4 weeks. When it was finally returned very little information was conveyed to us about what was done. Our service representative needs more training on what service is and some people skills. Unfortunately the actual work may be great but because of the way it was handled we will not continue to visit this facility and will not be able to recommend it to anyone. This particular employee obviously has an issue with women which in today???s climate is very disappointing.

Made 2 hour drive for 40k service. I arrived on time 9:00AM. Was told it would take up to 5 hours both when booking appointment and upon check in. Turned out to be approximately 8.5 hours. Dealer knew we coming from out of town and in mine estimation did little to nothing to get us on our way at or near the 5 hour time frame. Thought all persons dealt with were friendly it hardly makes up for our extended day. The delay caused us to make the 105 mile trip home in the dark. Both my wife and have vision issues that make driving at night stressful.

The finance person kept pushing the theft option. said no twice but he kept lowering the price and leaving g it on. how many times do I need to say no? I ended up with it, regretfully, and cant take it off. used car did not come with owners manual or floor mats. wind shield wipers were junk and needed replaced. and back tire pressure light needs replacing. yes, can fix that under the limited warranty with a 4 hour round trip to go back. I love my car, but it's the little things for customer satisfaction that is lacking.

We were in the process of test driving various SUVs that interest us. At the time, we had an Acura MDX w/tech pkg. Our initial visit was Findlay Volvo Las Vegas to test drive the Volvo XC 90. The dealership was cordial but unfortunately didn?t appear willing to earn our business. Rico, Volvo?s brand ambassador was great but his manager allowed us to leave being aware our next stop was Audi Las Vegas. Well, so did we! At Audi Las Vegas, we were greeted by Aljay, Audi brand ambassador. We told Aljay what we were looking for, an Audi Q7 SUV. Aljay and his manager (?Patrick S.) were great. They were patient while we were indecisive in determining which trim we wanted. They allowed us to test drive Q7 SUVs with different powertrains. We finally decided on one of trims which allowed us to transition to negotiating a deal. They allowed us to trade our Acura MDX with our Q7 purchase. We must thank the Audi manager for his patience and being transparent during the negotiation process. This has been the best car buying experience we?ve had thus far. Actually we didn?t expect to buy a car without completing our test drive process because our next stop was Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz! Audi Las Vegas made sure we leave the dealership with a car and deal we loved. Shoutout to Aljay and ?Patrick(Audi Manager)!! Thank you, Audi Las Vegas!

The initial experience was spectacular. Unfortunately, I noticed some minor scratches on your car and that’s when service completely change. We were told that since we drove it off the lot that way, it was our tough luck. Not in so many words, but that’s the gist of it. The GM called that evening and apologize for that. He told us to bring her car in today. Service department was closed. I walked in and they told me that Jan was in a meeting but will call me within the hour. Several hours later I’ve left a couple of voicemails for him and still have not heard back. I was initially an amazing experience has become pretty terrible. I’m worried about when I have a serious problem with the car. I’ll probably end up driving to Henderson not to have deal with this again.

Wish I could "love" this page instead of "like". Came in with the wife and negotiated down so low I knew the deal couldn't get approved on a 2019 S3. Sales Manager agreed, somehow, and when I went into Finance they actually brought my payments down $100 a month from what we agreed on. No other dealership would have done this. This is my second Audi from them and I will never go elsewhere.

I brought my car in for recommended repairs that were discovered when I brought it in for an oil change. It was discovered at that time that I had an oil leak and I had torn bushings and would need suspension repair. Since I was planning on a 350 mile trip I decided to get repairs done sooner than later. I brought it in on Monday morning and did not get it back until about 6pm on Wednesday. I was able to eventually get a loaner, so this was not a big deal. This was a significant $4,200 repair. My drive was planned for early Thursday morning. I also had dinner plans Wednesday night. I would pick up my car with my family and we would drive to dinner. Driving away I noticed immediately that things did not sound right. Each time I pressed the accelerator my car was making a very strange noise. If you are familiar with term “low rider” or “mosquito” car, these were the sounds I can only use these descriptions to tell you what my beautiful AUDI sounded like to me. My car that I could never even hear at a stop light, was making this awful sound. I phoned customer service immediately and was told to bring it in at 7 am. I did. I was told today that everything was looked at and that this sound is my new normal, perhaps due to the repairs that were done. My new normal IS NOT NORMAL!! I find this unacceptable. How does a very expensive REPAIR suddenly make me have to drive a car that I find not only incredibly annoying but also embarrassing????? I have been driving this car for nine years and loved every second of it. I was considering giving it to my son and buying a new Audi. Therefore, the repair was important to keep it in good working order. I have done all of necessary work at this dealer as long as I have had this car. Service has always been excellent! I’m not sure what to think about this. I have always recommended you, your cars, your repairs. I wouldn’t have even considered going elsewhere. I think you just lost a repeat customer.

Everything was great service wise and only reason giving it a four is because they only have one shuttle guy going and the wait can get excessive. So if your taking a shuttle plan to wait a while during busy times. I would recommend hiring a 2nd shuttle driver so the one doesnt drive all over town causing delays.

I was looking to trade in my older Audi Q5 and spotted an Audi Q3 in my price range at AutoNation Toyota. I had my Q5 serviced at Las Vegas Audi and new they were also an AutoNation store. I called Las Vegas Audi and spoke with Tony Lucero, in sales, and requested to come by and drive the car. The Q3 was brought over from the Toyota Dealer, I drove it and was also shown a few other used vehicles around my price range. I went home to think it over, no pressure from anyone. Called Tony the next morning and told him I wanted to purchase the Q3 that had been at the Toyota dealer. I went the next day to pick up the car, went through the financing process and drove it home. Everyone was great. Now the story gets good. Next morning after I drove to work - it was obvious the car was leaking oil - rather quickly. Not quite sure what to do - call service, call Tony my sales person, so I called Tony and he was amazing. Advised me not to drive the car, gave me the Audi roadside assistance # and I called them for a tow. Even the tow truck driver was awesome - came and got the car, I road with him to the dealership and picked up a loaner Tony had ready for me. I was assured by several people there would be no charge to me. Andy, the service adviser, called me the same day and as was suspected, the oil had been changed improperly by the Toyota Dealer and was leaking. I asked Andy to please do a complete inspection of the car - so I would know the exact condition - since it was not a Certified Used Car by Audi. I picked up my car the next day - Andy went over the complete diagnostic information with me - my next service, tire tread left on tires, everything. I knew I had made a good purchase despite a slight hick-up. Both my Sales Person, Tony and my Service Adviser Andy were great! They handled everything and made this buying experience a memorable one - in a very positive way. Definitely recommend Las Vegas Audi for both their sales and service professionalism. I am very happy with the auto I chose to buy from them!

Roger, the service shop foreman, is grade A. I'm new to LV and this was my first visit to Audi LV after having been an Audi Mission Viejo, CA customer for more than 5 years. My Audi R8 (with almost 50K miles!) needed a new battery and (I thought) a new clutch. Roger quickly got the new battery squared away and then test drove my car a handful of times (in different conditions and after re-adapting the clutch) not being convinced a new clutch is needed yet. He requested a personal test drive with me to confirm we were on the page before I spent some serious money on a new clutch. I'm glad he did that because I've been driving the car since and it is now driving like it should but without spending some serious money on a new clutch. Ari, the service rep, also did a fine job getting my car taken care of. Nice first impression of Audi LV!

I brought my car in for its 30,000 mile service. Three days later while driving the vehicle to Lose Angeles; the following message chimed and appeared on my dash: "Oil Level sensor:oil change necessary. Please Contact Service." also appearing on the dash was a yellow triangle alert. I contacted Audi Las Vegas via phone--after being on hold for some time; the representative that answered, after hearing the messages--said your battery is probably going out--I said--how is that possible--I just had the vehicle serviced--he said you should take it to a dealer in California. I drove 25 miles to Audi of Thousand Oaks. The tech at Thousand Oaks was very helpful--and immediately said that Audi of Las Vegas had put too much oil in my vehicle when servicing--he drained off the extra--and the warning messages are now gone.

Went to Have my wife’s Q3’s battery replaced. While there they discovered that the sensor for the brake lights had become disconnected. Was very surprised because we’ve never been in an accident and the vehicle is only 1.5 yrs old. Was equally surprised that initially I was going to be charged for them to connect the sensor. : (. After some discussion they connected the sensor with no charge. : ). Little disappointed that we had to discuss this. Overall the visit went well. The maintenance was done in a timely manner and they are always very thoughtful when it comes to your comfort and your time. Aryan was very nice and took care of everything to our satisfaction. I took my Audi in on Friday, Jan 12, 2018 due to the airbag recall. I left it there virtually the entire day. When I came back to pick it up that evening, I drove off the lot and noticed the "airbag" light was on which it was NEVER on before. I drove it for about one mile thinking it would eventually shut off. It didn't. I pulled over and called Eric who was my service rep and he told me it appears as though the mechanic forgot to reset the scan codes. He asked if I could bring it back on Monday, which was Dr. King's Holiday. I agreed but told them I needed to be compensated in some way for their screw-up. I went back on Monday, Jan 15th and they corrected the matter and filled my gas tank up. Unfortunately, it was already half filled when I took it back. Not a good experience overall!

I purchased a 2018 Audi Q7 and I had a great experience overall. When I first walked in, most of the staff were with customers and although Ryan was with someone, he immediately made eye contact with a smile and nod that he would be right with me. He was over in a quick minute and made me feel like my time was important and he was able to answer some questions for me. I was in quite a few times over a few weeks and Ryan and all the staff were willing to help even when he wasn't available. I threw some hiccups in at the last minute during the deal and Ryan never made me feel pressured to make a decision at all, rather he showed understanding all while assuring I had good information on my side. Comparing to Audi Hendersons high pressure sales, this was refreshing. I also went down the street to Jeep and boy was that an entirely different experience. I guess entirely different car but I immediately wanted to go back to Audi Las Vegas. Mary, the general sale manager, Darin, the general manager and Marc, the sales manager and Richard, the finance guy all made my experience great. Sales is sales no matter how you look at it but if you're going to do it, do it well and treat people well like they did. Also, I had a good friend, an owner of a big dealership here(but not my preferred brand) review the deal at the end to assure it was ok and there wasn't much he recommended changing. That reassured me. I got the maintenance package and am excited to take care of my new car with their help! I drove my Honda Pilot for 9 years since my son was born and I hope to keep this one for another 9 years into his teens! Some things we love already, are the safety features of the Q7 especially lane assist and blind spot monitoring, the 3rd row, the many air vents throughout the back especially for my son, the night lighting inside and the awesome Bose sound system. Love my Q7 and thank you Audi Las Vegas!

We turned in a lease on May 17th, and from there we probably walked out of 6 dealerships and ended 10+ phone conversations trying to give our money away as each day we grew more desperate to replace that car. I finally called Audi Las Vegas, and Tom Chiron took my call. First, he stayed late so we could come see this car after work. Once on site, he basically sold us our car within 17 minutes, no hassle, no B.S., and he treated us like a professional. We got the deal we wanted, and I am sure they made some money, as both sides were happy. Once in Finance, Jaime was top shelf. He knew his numbers, made us a few additional offers, and as we passed on those, he simply thanked us for choosing Audi this evening and hustled the rest of the paperwork. Nothing can compare to an Audi experience, people and culture simply matter. You may not buy an Audi, but you should always go see this team, it will be a great experience.

We were very hesitant with this process, considering the reputation of car dealerships. 3 weeks ago we went in to just "look" and no one came to harass us or sell us on anything. Actually, it was me who made the first approach to ask a question - and lucky Glenn. Glenn was nice and noninvasive and made it a point to not push or ask too many questions. When we came back a few days ago, we specifically asked for him as his "lack of" salesmanship was what really sold us. Love the team at Audi as they are not pushy and are willing to work with you on the kind of budget you are looking for. When we purchased our vehicle, Glenn sat with me in the car for almost an hour going through all the features and making sure I took full advantage of my A3 and was well equipped with everything before I left the lot. Just got my Q7 back from service. I had reported a leak in April that they diagnosed as a transmission seal issue. I had stated to them initially, that I would only notice the leak when the car was parked for a few hours after driving..... and that there were large amounts pooling up underneath. It took me a few months to save up the $2k I needed for the repair, and in the mean time I didn't want to drive it until it got fixed, so I started taking the bus around town. I was so excited to finally get the work done! I took it in last week and was told I would have it back by the end of that week. The service manager called and told me it was going to take a couple more days for parts they needed to arrive. I received the call on Wednesday this week that my car was done. I picked up the car that day, just in time to get some holiday stuff done. This morning.... not only a few days after picking it up, I noticed fluid leaking and pooling up underneath the car..... still. Audi performed a repair that I didn't need, and charged me almost $2000 to do so. They didn't even diagnose/fix my issue properly. The only thing that was corrected, was the battery replacement they needed to do. (Which I should add costs $500..... $250ish for a battery, and another $250ish TO INSTALL THE BATTERY�). Some of the electronics in the cabin have stopped functioning as well.... I'm not sure if it's due to anything Audi may have done when installing the battery, but they worked before, and now they don't. My major pet peeve however, is the fact that I stated I had a leak... and I feel they didn't even look properly. I even told them what color the fluid was. On a side note... the ATF fluid that they said was leaking from the seal is VW/Audi G055**** which is blue. The fluid that has been leaking is redish/pink with a slightly oily texture, and has been dropping from the body panels that cover the underside of the engine area. There are areas that is has collected and pooled up, and would be very easy for a tech to notice. I've put in a call to the service manager, and have had no response!!!!

Jarret was super helpful and really easy to work with. I purchased my car with him and was in and out in less than 3 hours. Everyone from Audi was pleasant and friendly, they never made me feel out of place or pressured in anyway. I went in with my heart set on one type of car and unfortunately there was an open recall on the car for an air bag issue so they could not sell me that car but he took me around and found something that I am really happy with. My wife & I purchased a 2017 Audi Q5 from Audi Las Vegas. Tom Chiron was our salesperson. We were very happy with Tom and working with him was easy. Unlike other car dealers and sales people, the policies as ALV allowed us to relax with Tom eliminating the high pressure sales techniques and making our Q & A sessions wonderful. We were not happy however with the 4+ hour process it took the day we arrived to pay for and pickup the car. Since we all knew the deal, prices and product beforehand, in our opinion, the paperwork should have already been done before we arrived. Thrilled with the car and hope our future Audi Las Vegas experiences continue to please us.

From the time I started this process until the time I drove off the lot in my new car the service was outstanding. Quick response on line, quotes, reviewing the car, etc. Great service. Ariane was my service manager for my most recent visit, I was having minor problems with one of my rear windows. She got me in right away, when they found the problem with my cat the repairs were completed promptly and my car was finished within the time frame she told me it would be. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service that I received. Everyone at Audi Las Vegas is friendly and attentive, always making sure that I'm satisfied!

Travis, Richars, and Mary-thank you. Mary communicated with me online and upon my arrival to test drive set me up with Travis. They were both very professional and responded to my questions quickly via email. Travis was the best. We test drove every vehicle I had interest in and he was able to answer every single question I had. He showed me comparisons between models and features. After speaking with the service department on two occasions concerning issues with the key and the car not starting, I made an appointment and drove 3 hours to this location. My car was there for 6 hours and my oil was changed and the car washed In addition to a recall issue being addressed. However, the reason for my appointment was to address the key issues. I was told to order another key for $350.00 and see if that fixes the problem because to for them do a true diagnostic to see what the problem was it would take 2-3 hours. So I left with the car still not starting outside the service department at Audi. I would not recommend you get your car serviced at this location unless you need a 6 hour oil change.

Well, it was time to replace my second Audi with another A4 Avant. Since I live in a rural state, Internet searches are the only way to track down my preferred vehicle. I located three of them and began negotiations. While the other two did drop their prices a bit more, the pricing at Audi LV was already very aggressive. We agreed on a price and I had my bank contact them to work out the details. Throughout the process Mary P. was extremely thorough, professional, responsive, and helpful. She answered all questions quickly and accurately. Even my loan officer was impressed with the staff there. I was slightly disappointed that it took so long after I arrived to complete the paperwork, as I thought we had it all taken care of. However, that was a minor inconvenience. I would certainly work with them, and especially with Mary.

I have been leasing cars for the last fifty years and I have been driving nothing but high end cars such as Mercedes, Porsche, Jaguar, BMW and even Maserati. This is the first time I have ever experienced not being "UPSIDE DOWN" on a car, even though almost every salesman told me the opposite when I went into the deal. Now, Audi Las Vegas, represented by Patrick S. proved the value and truth of the lease/car on my 2012 Audi A7, probably the best car I have ever owned. Patrick was able to move me from the 2012 A7 to a better equipped 2014 A7 for virtually the same lease payment. How could anyone in their right mind object. Thank you Patrick, thank you Audi and thank you Audi Las Vegas.

I HATE sitting in dealership goin back and forth with offers when buyin a new car, which is why i chose to do most of dealin over email. And Mary made this so much easier for me. Since i did some research online on truecar, kbb, edmunds etc, i had a fairly good idea on how much this car should cost. But didnt think it was going to be this easy. Mary's second offer was right on the good price range. So i made appointment to come in, and she honored everything we agreed on over email and more. I def. recommand this dealer!

They were not high pressure and did not hound me with follow up emails after the test drive. They offered me a great car at a great price and worked with me on my trade. Honestly, this dealership made an impression on me; they were almost an hour from my home with more than a dozen others closer. I was searching online and found a red 2010 IS 350c, and thought it could be a bait and switch sales pitch, but no, Mary P. called me the next morning and asked what I was looking for, and would I be interested in a test drive...YES. I drove there and arrived late due to traffic and drove it, we chatted figures but I had to leave because my daughter missed the bus; she had the car cleaned and I drove back the next day and finished with an agreeable contract...took just about an hour! Mary P. and the fiance team made it happen. There were a few things that the service department needs to address and I hope that experience is just as smooth Thank you.

The sales team becomes your friend and the purchase seems more like the formation of a partnership than a sales process. Even the financing piece is easy! I recently went hunting for a high~end SUV. I was really intent on buying either the BMW X5 or the Mercedes M Class, but decided to pop into the Audi Las Vegas dealer on Sahara. I'm so glad I did. I met with Aaron, who was both friendly and knowledgeable about his product line. We took a test drive in an Audi Q7, and I fell in love with the performance and the way the car was equipped. The technology on the Audi is greatly superior to both the Mercedes or the BMW. And the way the way the Q7 can peel rubber from gravel onto pavement is amazing: NO LOSS OF CONTROL WHATSOEVER. It is pure heaven to drive. The sales/financing/management staff made my decision to purchase the Audi Q7 a breeze. No hard sales tactic. We negotiated a price and I was more than satisfied with what I paid for the pleasure of driving out with my shiny new SUV. I highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a high~end automobile to drop in and talk with Aaron. He's neither pushy nor does he use the sales approach of speaking ill of competitors: He lets his product speak for itself. I appreciate a man who doesn't have to berate a product I'm considering just to make his own product appear better. I would definitely look into buying another Audi. Perhaps a new Audi S5 convertible would be the ideal third car for driving down the Vegas Strip.

Jamie B. was an excellent sales person and the professionalism, no hassle, no pressure type of sales was truly amazing. The Audi is a great SUV and even though I was looking at the Lexus R350, the Audi blows the Lexus out of the water. I will not hesitate to purchase another Audi in future.

I've bought a new car every four years since 1970. This is the first dealership I've ever encountered that gave,upfront, a fair price for the new car and a fair trade-in value for mine. In fact, the price I was offered for the new car was below the True Market Value shown at Edmunds.com and the trade-in value for my car was close to what was shown at both Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book. No haggling, no dickering, no games. Perfect. Kim is what every internet sales manager should be. Hermann and Aaron are models of what showroom salespeople should be. My first visit to the dealership, I just wanted to sit in the A-4 to see how the comfort and visibility were. Hermann patiently showed me the car's bells and whistles then showed me the A-4s on the lot to give me an idea of the colors in real life. My next visit, Hermann was off for the day, and Aaron took me for a test drive and showed me options I hadn't considered before and ended up ordering. Finally, after researching the car on Edmunds.com, Kim gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. Want a great luxury car at a fair price. Go to Audi Las Vegas!

I purchased my CPO Q5 in November. Kim was attentive and helpful during the process, and I do feel I got a great price on the car I wanted. But she had to leave for a family emergency. During the 3 hours it took to process everything after the price was agreed upon, I inquired about having both keys (I was given just one). I don't think they were going to give me the second key unless I asked. They said they would order it as part of the CPO. I was given A6 roof racks by mistake, but since they were put in the trunk, I wouldn't know this mistake until a few days later. Later, I noticed that I was missing the owner's manual and the plastic emergency key. I also asked Audi Las Vegas to address these items early November. You would think that with this 300+ Audi certification process, the most fundamental checks would be making sure all the keys (including the emergency one!) and a owner's manual are available. Fast forward to December and I still don't have resolution on the roof racks, the second key, emergency key, or owner's manual. No date of when to expect anything. I have even emailed Kim and haven't even received a response. Would you expect a little more from Audi?

I have owned my Audi now for a week and it has more than met all my expectations! My sales rep, Jaime and GM, Tony made it so easy to make the purchase at a price that had me in and out within four hours. Before I made this purchase I drove a new BMW 328i and Infinity G37. I enjoyed driving both of these cars but was really sold after driving the A4. My interior was also heads and shoulder/s above the other two vehicles. The buying experience also played a role in my purchase. Jaime and Tony did not pressure me to purchase this car but clearly stated their intent was to make me want to own it. They made me an offer I could not refuse. I found that the hour's I spent researching the three vehicles I was interested in payed real dividends when the time came for the test drive. Rich

Just bought an A7 from Hermann. Very forthright salesman. I highly recommend buying your Audi from him. It was a good experience. No pressure, but you should try to negotiate. Got a decent deal, I believe. Been treated very well since then. Best car dealer I've ever dealt with. I recommend you go to audiusa.com ahead of time so you will be educated on all the possible options. Go ahead and "Build your Audi" on the website so you can see the MSRP of "your" Audi. (The website currently only seems to work with Mozilla Firefox; they changed it recently and Windows IE seems broken.) I test drove other cars first, like the Infinity M37, the Lexus ES300h, ES350, and GS350. The Audi A6 and Infinity M37 are tied at the top (93 rating) in the category of mid-sized luxury sedan in the April 2013 Consumer Reports, but in my opinion it was an easy choice to pick the Audi. Although I intended to buy a A6 Prestige, I ended up with an A7 Prestige (about $9K more) because it has such elegant lines, not to mention the cool hatchback. I also test drove some regular mid-sized sedans, like the Camry V6 and Camry Hybrid, as well as the Accord V6 (all with the most expensive option packages). They were nice but nothing compared to an Audi (or an Infinity for that matter). First choice = Audi (by far), next = Infinity, 3rd = Lexus. I admit to not trying a BMW, Mercedes, or Acura. The first two are too expensive compared to what you get in the Audi. [HTML removed].

I would encourage all potential buyer to research as much information from the forum or online auto resource (e.g. edmunds.com) for any incentive offer, market pricing vs. invoice, financing option, dealer experience, etc. Then, obtain as much information from internet sales manager and let he/she knows that you've done your research. Avoid any direct meeting until you satisfied with any online inquiry. Check out the vehicle of your dream, test drive, and find out if there is any additional incentive at that dealer could do to close the deal. Be prepare to walk away if you are not yet comfortable with anything, there is always tomorrow. Finally, when dealing with financial manager, be ready to weigh in additional purchase such as extended warranty, wheel & tire protection, and maintenance package before signing the final paper as your vehicle got cleaned. Lastly, share your experience with other potential buyers 8-)

Desert Audi's Patrick S provided great service to me. He informed when the year and model Audi that I was looking for became available. He was extremely knowlegeable about the many features and answered all questions asked. His negotiating process treated me with respect. The paperwork by the Business Manager, Evon, was handled quickly and efficient.

Purchased a Q5 for my wife and she loves it, spent 15 minutes on the phone got a quote that beat 3 other dealerships in our area drove down the next day spent about 2 hours at dealership and drove away happy. The follow up service has been outstanding. i would absolutely buy another Audi from them.

I went to look at a 2013 Audi, in Las Vegas Nevada, which had recently arrived. Drove and liked it however by the time I received an insurance quote, and had done some other shopping the car had been sold and no others were available in the vicinity. I discussed with my Salesperson, Robert, what he wanted to do, since I couldn't wait months to order one and preferred not to travel out of town where others were available. They found a more upgraded one out of state and negotiated to have it shipped here, and at no charge to me. They were not under any obligation to do this. They also worked out a very competitive price which turned out to be less than I would have otherwise paid out of the area where I had priced several. I left a deposit and signed to have the vehicle transferred. A few days later the car arrived in good order, no miles,nor damages, clean, fueled, tested fine, ready to go. I completed the paper work, was not pressured to take additional items though I took some which I had previously reviewed. Robert went over the various systems with me and gave me a lift back from the airport. A+ all around so far!

***STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! IT WILL ULTIMATELY COST YOU IN ONE WAY OR THE OTHER!*** I had a recent incident where I put a deposit down on a car and was ready to pick it up. I questioned the Sales Manager Greg Clifford over a fee. Next thing I know, I receive an email threatening to cancel my order.....I REPLY to his email....then the [non-permissible content removed] responds ABOVE my last email saying he hasn't heard from me all day and CANCELLED my CONTRACTED order. ...***BREACH OF CONTRACT!!***.... The guy has so low ethics that he tore up a written contract because I questioned him on the Doc Fee. Unbelieveable! Surreal! I called his assistant, Internet Sales Manager, Kim Beck who avoided my calls for follow-up explanation. I also called Greg Clifford who cowardly avoided my calls for explanation. All my calls were sent to voicemail as they saw my phone number pop-up on their phone screen. I then called the GM Gregg Randolph, who also avoided my calls. All my emails were unreplied. No explanation. Nothing.....Surreal indeed. The fact that I live in another state prevented me from visiting these loose casino free-wheeling [non-permissible content removed] in Vegas, otherwise I would have addressed this PERSONALLY, if you get my drift! I've filed official complaints with Audi of America, BBB, State Attorney's Office and anywhere I can to let people know what a horrible, UNETHICAL dealership this is. If you Google this dealership at different websites/forums, you will SEE that they are one of the **LOWEST RATED** Audi dealers in the entire West Coast Region The main complaints they get is the service dept. doing fraudulent repairs at extremely high prices and sales people pulling scam maneuvers which are even worse than my experience and complaint. I have a friend who nearly sued them for a fraudulent sale on a used car. Only at the last minute did they make things honorable after they sensed that a lawsuit was going to hit them. Unbelievable! I thought his experience was an anomaly. It isn't. These complaints aren't just anomalies. There's just TOO MANY COMPLAINTS with this dealership. I hope Audi of America takes their franchise license away as these guys are giving Audi a really bad name. Give your business to another dealership. ...If you ignore me....Good luck! I don't work in the auto industry and have no vested interest in these guys other than how they treated me and my friend and to lend voice to the CONSISTENT CHORUS of COMPLAINTS that this dealership is continuously receiving.
